0.45mm PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Welding Blanket 460gsm 39" Cloth

PU coated fiberglass fabric is made of e-glass woven fiberglass basic cloth coated with a specially compounded grey polyurethane. For this 0.45mm PU coated fabric, total weight is 460g/m2. Base cloth is 430g/m2 satin(cross twill) weave fiberglass fabric which is coated with 15g/m2 grey PU coating on two sides. PU coated fiberglass fabric is corrosion resistant, electrical insulation, high strength, no itchy, rich colors.

Other coated fiberglass fabric like silicone or PTFE coated cloth should be used under 260℃. But PU coating is special, it is able to resist instantaneous temperature 1000℃. So it is widely used for welding or fire blanket. Except this application, it also can be used for thermal insulation jacket, heat resistant cover, electrical insulation covering.
