0.5mm Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabrics for industrial thermal insulation and electrical insulation, this silicone coated fabric is made of E-glass fiberglass fabric which is able to withstand 550°C. Basic 430g/m2 fiberglass fabricThe is woven from e-glass yarns in satin weaving type. Then it is coated with black silicone 80g/m2 on one side. Fiberglass fabric is a durable, high strength and heat resistant material. Silicone coating is also fire resistant, and it is electrical insulation too. Silicone coated fiberglass fabric combines the properties and it is widely used in many industrial fields.
It basic cloth--fiberglass fabric can resist heat below 550℃. The black silicone coating can resist a temperature from -50 to 260 ℃. Based on the properties of black silicone coating and basic fabric, silicone coated fiberglass fabric is widely used for thermal insulation and electrical insulation, such as fire and welding blankets, fabric expansion joints and removable thermal insulation jackets.
