1200gsm 35oz Brown High Silica Fabric 1200℃ Satin Fiberglass Fire Blanket

High silica fabric is woven with inorganic fiberglass yarns in Satin weaving type. It SiO2 content is more than 96% after calcination. The post treatment calcination makes the weight of fiberglass cloth from 850g/m2 to 600g/m2. Except for high SiO2 content, the acid treatment and calcination improve the softening point and density of basic fiberglass fabric. Softening point of this 1200g high silica fabric is close to 1700degree Celsius. And it can withstand heat below 1100℃ continuously. High silica cloth is a flexible, high tensile strength, stable properties material. So this silica fabric is used for fire, welding blanket and thermal insulation sealing.

35oz high silica cloth is 1.3mm thick. Standard widths of heavy duty 1200g high silica cloth are 91.44cm and 100cm.
