20oz 0.7MM Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric 1000℃ Fiberglass Cloth

0.7mm Red Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric is made from 600g/m2 high silica fabric which is woven from e-glass fiberglass yarns in satin weave(also called cross twill). It was treated with calcination and then has more than 96% SiO2 content and higher melting point. This fabric is coated with 100g red silicone on one side. Silicone coated high silica fabric is fire resistant, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and electrical insulation. Its 600g/m2 basic high silica fabric can withstand heat below 1000℃ continuously. The silicone coating can resist heat below 260 - 300℃.

The basic high silica cloth is 600gsm and 0.7mm thick. Total weight of the coated fabric is 700g/m2. Standard width can be 91.44cm or 100cm. Silicone coated high silica fabric is always used for industrial thermal insulation products such as fire/welding blanket, fabric expansion joint, thermal insulation jacket material, electrical insulation covering.
