PVC coated fiberglass cloth is made of e-glass fiberglass cloth coated with grey PVC on two sides. Basic cloth of this 280g PVC coated fiberglass fabric is plain weave 200g/m2 fiberglass fabric. The coating one two sides is 40g/m2 per side. PVC coated fiberglss fabric has features of waterproof and fire resistance, it is widely used for household and industrial covering materials. PVC coated fiberglass cloth is abrasion resistant, durable, chemical resistant, corrosion resistant.
The basic fabric can be used at temperature below 550℃, PVC coating can resist 260 degree Celsius. Based on the features of PVC fiberglass fabric, this fabric is used for fireproof tents, heat insulation cover, fire curtain, flexible air ducting and car/train/ship covering fabric. Compared with PVC awning/tarpaulin, PVC coated fiberglass cloth is high strength, abrasion resistant and has longer using life.
