Waterproof Grey PVC Coated Fiberglass Fabric 0.25mm Air Ducting Cloth
280g/m2 grey PVC coated fiberglass fabric is woven from e-glass fiberglass yarns in 17.3/13 per cm thread count and plain weaving. Then this 200g/m2 basic fiberglass fabric is coated with 40g grey PVC each side. Total weight of this PVC coated fabric is 280g/m2, 8.3oz/yd2. PVC coated fiberglss fabric is a waterproof and fire resistant material. It also has properties like abrasion resistance, durability, anti aging and corrosion resistance.
The basic e-glass fiberglass fabric is 200gsm plain weave fiberglass cloth. It can be used below 550℃, but PVC coating can withstand 260degree C. Based on the properties it is widely used for fireproof tents, thermal insulation covering, fire curtain, flexible air ducting and auto/train/ship protection fabric.
