510gsm 0.5mm Red Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric Oil Resistant Material
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is made of woven fiberglass cloth coated with silicone on one side or both two sides. E-glass fiberglass fabric is fire resistant, oil and chemical resistant and durable. Silicone coating also has electrical insulation property.
Basic cloth of this 0.5mm silicone coated fabric is 430g/m2 satin weaving fiberglass fabric. Total weight is 510g/m2 and 0.55mm, coating weight is 40g/m2 per side.
The basic cloth - fiberglass fabric can withstand a temperature below 550℃ continuously. Silicone coating can withstand heat below 260℃. Base on the fire resistance and other features, silicone coated fiberglass fabric are mainly used for fire/welding blanket, fabric expansion joints, hot tunnel curtains and removable thermal insulation jacket materials.
