Black PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric 0.5mm 530gsm Welding Blanket Materials
PU coated fiberglass fabric is made of woven fiberglass basic cloth coated black Polyurethane coating on two sides. Basic fabric is 430g/m2 fiberglass fabric in satin weaving. When coated with 50g/m2 black PU compound each side, total weight per square meter is 530g. Fiberglass fabric is very high strength, durable and heat resistant. The PU coating improves its chemical resistance, electrical insulation and abrasion resistance.
Silicone or PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is able to withstand 260℃ continuously. But PU coating is able to resist instantaneous temperature up to 1100℃. So it is mainly used to produce welding blanket or curtain.
