Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 430gsm basic cloth coated with 75gsm one side. Total weight is 580g/m2. Its basic fabric is woven in 4H satin. Fiberglass fabric is very ligh weight comparing with other high strength materials. It is a fire resistant and durable fabric which is able to withstand 550℃ heat continuously. And silicone coating can resist heat below 260℃.
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric has more properties such as electrical insulation, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. Silicone fabric is widely used for engineering thermal insulation projects. It can be used to produce fire blanket, welding protection and fabric expansion joint.
