800℃ Fiberglass Fire Blanket Material 0.7mm 600gsm High Silica Fabric

High silica fabric is made of inorganic fiber with more than 96% SiO2 content. The materila is 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric. This 850gsm fiberglass cloht is treated with acid treatment and calcination, its final weight is 600g/m2. Except for the higher SiO2 content, the high silica fabric also has higher softening point and higher density. 600gsm high silica fabric is able to withstand heat below 800 degree Celsius and the softening point is about 1300℃.

Based on its properties such as fire resistance, chemical resistance, anti aging and durability, high silica fabric is always used for fire blanket and welding blanket materials.

This material is eco-friendly and non-irritating. Fiberglass fabric won't cause any pollution and it can be recycled. Common weight of high silica cloth we produce are 600g/m2 and 1200g/m2 in satin weaving type. Widths are 91.44, 100cm, 105cm.
