Thermal Insulation Materials 800℃ 0.8MM Red Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric

Basic cloth is 600g/m2 high silica fabric woven in satin (cross twill). This high silica cloth is treated with acid during production. And post treatment calcination makes it a thermal insulation materials with more than 96% SiO2 content and high density. The high SiO2 content improves its fire resistance and heat insulation. The silicone coating on both sides add abrasion resistance and better electrical insulation properties. The total weight of red silicone high silica fabric is 750g/m2.

Basic cloth 600g high silica fabric can withstand temperature from -50 to 800℃ continuously. The silicone coating can be used below 260℃ continuously. Based on its thermal insulation, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and aging weather resistance, silicone coated high silica fabric is widely used in thermal insulation fields. Such as fire and welding blanket, thermal insulation jacket and electrical insulation materials.
