PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric Thermal Insulation Materials 0.5mm Yellow Satin

PU coated fiberglass fabric is e-glass woven fiberglass cloth coated with Polyurethane on two sides or single side. The basic cloth is woven in satin weaving type and is weighed at 430g/m2. It is coated with 100g/m2 PU on two sides. Total weight of this coated fabric is 530gsm, thickness is 0.5mm. Fiberglass fabric is a high tensile strength, chemical resistant and thermal insulation materials. The PU coating improves its heat insulation, chemical resistance and electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. 

Fiberglass fabric is able to withstand 550℃ continuously. PU coating can be used from -50 to 260℃, just like Silicone or PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. What special is this PU fabric can withstand a instantaneous temperature up to 1100℃. It means than this fabric especially performs well in sparks and hot splatters protection, which makes it a great material for fire and welding blanket.
