0.12mm 260℃ PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Heat Press Transfer Machine
Basic cloth of this 0.12mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is e-glass plain weaving fiber glass fabric. When it is coated with brown PTFE coating on two sides, total weight is 230g/m2, thickness is 0.12mm. coated fabric has a non stick, nothing will stick on it during heating. Also, it is easy to clean after using.
Fiberglass cloth is able to be used at temperature below 550℃. Brown PTFE can resist heat from -50 to 260℃ (day after day). Fiber glass fabric is an eco-friendly material which is no pollution and can be recycled. This PTFE coated fabric is also reusable.
Because the PTFE coating is food grade and FDA approved, it is usually used to produce BBQ grill mat. Except for this application, it also can be used for heat press transfer machine. It is heat resistant and non stick, very suitable for this application.
