800℃ High Silica Fabric Single Side Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth 700g 36"

One side red silicone coated high silica fabric is made from basic cloth -- 600g/m2 high silica cloth. It is coated with 80g/m2 red silicone on its single side. High silica cloth is fiberglass cloth which is treated with calcination. The post treatment makes the high silica cloth with higher SiO2 content (more than 96%). Also, its weight is lower (850g/m2 to 600g/m2), but its tensile strength and heat resistance is improved.

Silicone coating improves abrasion resistance and electrical insulation. The basic high silica fabric can be used at temperatuire from -50 to 800℃. And silicone coating can withstand heat below 260℃.
