Basic cloth of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 660g/m2 satin weave e-glass fiberglass cloth. When it is coated with silicone on two sides. Basic cloth of this silicone coated fiberglass fabric is 600gsm fiberglass cloth in satin weaving. Fiberglass cloth is heat resistant material, when coated with 150g/m2 grey silicone per side, this two side coated fiberglass cloth owns more properties such as electrical insulation, non irritating, heat resistance and anti chemical agents. Basic fiberglass fabric can be used at temperature from -50 to 550℃. The silicone coating can withstand 260℃.
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric has thermal insualtion, electrical insulation and dimension stability properties. Based on these properties, silicone coated fiberglass fabric is widely used for industrial insulation application, fire blanket, welding protecive cover, heat insulation cover, fabric expansion joints and removable thermal insulation jacket.
