Materials of non stick BBQ grill mat is PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. Basic fiberglass fabric is durable, reusable and heat resistant. When it is coated with black PTFE on two sides, its surface becomes non-stick and smooth. The food grade PTFE coating is non-toxic and tasteless during heating, cooking and grilling. It is FDA approved and can be used for barbecue, cooking and other food processes. It also can be used to fry eggs or vegetables. This oven liner also can be used to do with gourmet. Nothing will stick on the surface. What's more, it is dishwasher safe, very easy to clean after using.

Any size can be produced. Standard size of grill mat is 15.75x13 inches. Thickness can be 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. For packaging, usually two pieces in a small box. We can print customer's logo on the small box.
