700Gsm 0.7mm Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric 800℃ Electrical Insulation

One side silicone coated high silica fabric is made of 600g/m2 high silica cloth coated with 100g/m2 red or other color silicone on its single side. 600g high silica cloth is 850g/m2 e-glass fiberglass cloth which is treated with acid and calcination, so its weight turns into lighter one, 600g/m2. The post treatment calcination makes the fiberglass cloth with higher SiO2 content and higher tensile strength, what's more, its fire resistance is improved. 

Silicone coated fiberglass cloth has abrasion resistance and electrical insulation. The basic 600g/m2 high silica fabric can withstand heat from -50 to 800℃ continuously. And silicone coating can withstand heat below 260℃ continuously. Based on its fire resistance and electrical insulation, it is widely used for industrial insulation application including fire blanket, welding protective cover, high temperature workshop insulation, glass kiln heat insulation sealing.
