PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an e-glass fiberglass cloth, usually in plain weave, coated with brown/tan color PTFE on two sides. This material is fire resistant and it has a very smooth and non stick surface, which makes it widely used for cooking or industrial applications.

This coated fabric is non toxic after continuous heating, it can be used at temperature from -50 to 260℃ continously (day after day). And its basic fiberglass cloth can withstand heat below 550℃. Fiberglass fabric is eco-friendly material and can be recycled. 

PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is non toxic, food grade and non stick, it is suitable for BBQ grill mat production. Most BBQ grill mat on the market it made of this fabric now. It also can meet FDA standard.

Applications of this fabric include food packaing and processing, hot sealing, hot press printing machine and fusing belt.
