Non Stick Silicone Baking Mat 0.12mm FDA Approved PTFE BBQ Grill Mat
 
BBQ grill mat is cut from PTFE coated fiberglass cloth by machine. Its material - PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is high strength and heat resistant fiberglass coated with PTFE on two sides. The coating makes the surface very smooth and non-stick. Nothing will stick on when it is used below 260℃ heat. What's more, PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is also chemical resistant, anti oil, easy to be cut and clean. It can be folded again and again, will not fragile.
 
Applications of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth are BBQ grill mat, oven liner, heat transfer pressing machine. Silicone won't stick on the surface during heating. And this grill mat is reuable.
 
The food grade PTFE coating is non-toxic and tasteless during heating. Besides, it is FDA standard, totally food grade for food. Main application of this coated fabric is used for barbecue grilling liner or baking mat. 
 
Standard size of BBQ grill mat is 33x40cm (15.75x13 inches). Thickness can be 0.08mm, 0.12mm, 0.2mm. For packaging, usually we pack two grill mats in one small box as one set. Also, we can print customer's logo on the small box.
