600g 0.7mm Brown Satin Weave Silica Fabric Fiberglass Fire Blanket Materials

This 800℃ 600g/m2 silica fabric is widely used for fire or welding blanket. It is made of fiberglass satin woven fabric which is treated with acid and calcination. After post treatments, it has higher SiO2 content (80 to 90%) and better heat resistance. We also produce high silica fabric with more than 96% SiO2 content, which is able to withstand 1200℃ continuously. 

600g silica fabric with 80 to 90% SiO2 content can withstand heat below 800℃ continuously. It is 0.7mm and woven in satin (also called cross twill or break twill) weave type. Standard width of this fabric is 91.44cm.

Except for heat resistance, this silica fabric also has tear resistance, durability, oil resistance, stable chemical properties. It is widely used in many industrial fields such as fire or welding blanket, heat sealing and thermal insulation application.
