Material of non stick BBQ grill mat is PTFE coated fiberglass fabric. The coating is food-grade on two sides. Material fiberglass cloth is a high tensile strength and heat resistant woven fiberglass material.PTFE coating is smooth, non-stick, non toxic and totally food grade. It is FDA approved for food packaging or process material.
Standard size of BBQ grill mat is 33x40cm, 15.75x13 inches. Thickness are 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Other size and thickness can be customized. For packaging, usually two pieces grill mat in a small box as one set. This small box can be printed with your logo or other content.
Except for baking, you can use kneading dough liner because nothing will stick on the surface. What's more, it is dishwasher safe.
