Yellow PU Fiberglass Fabric 530gsm 0.45mm Spark Welding Blanket Materials

Basic cloth of this 0.45mm PU coated fiberglass fabric is 430g/m2 e-glass satin weave fiberglass fabric. Coating is 50g yellow PU on each side so its total weight is 530g/m2. Fiberglass fabric is a woven fabric with tear resistance, chemical resistance and anti corrosion features. It can withstand heat at temperature from -50 to 550℃. The PU coating is abrasion resistant and electrical insulation. Coating can be used below 260℃ continuously. However, this PU coated fiberglass cloth can resist heat up to 1100℃ instantaneously. So it is suitable for sparks and molten metal splash shield.

Based on above features, PU coated fiberglass fabric is mainly used for fire/welding blanket, thermal insulation jacket, electrical insulation blanket, etc.
