600g 18oz Brown Satin Fiberglass Silica Fabric For Kiln Heat Insulation Seal

This 600g/m2 silica fabric is widely used for fire resistance and heat insulation. It is made of fiberglass satin woven fabric after acid and calcination treatment. Its SiO2 content (80 to 90%) and heat resistance property is higher after these post treatments. We also produce high silica fabric (≥96% SiO2 content), with higher SiO2 content, this fabric can withstand 1200℃ heat continuously. 

600g/m2 silica fabric with 80 - 90% SiO2 is able to resist heat below 800℃. It is 0.7mm and woven in satin (also called cross twill or break twill). Standard width of this fabric is 91.44cm (36").

Silica fabric also has tear resistance, oil resistance, stable chemical and physical properties. Its applications are fire/welding blanket, heat insulation sealing and welding safety.
