Thermal insulation jacket (exhaust blanket) is a sandwich design products. It is used for protecting actuator, valve or pipeline from heat and cold damage. This insulation jacket is heat resistant and inside high temperature air or liquid won't hurt the workers. The surface temperature of the jacket will be controlled so workers are able to touch the surface without gloves at any time.
The jacket is in sandwich design: two layers of silicone coated fiberglass fabric, between them are wadding materials - fiberglass needle mat. Silicone coated fiberglass cloth and fiberglass needle mat are both heat resistant, chemical resistant and anti UV, weather corrosion. Silicone coated fiber glass fabric is also a good electrical insulation material. What's more, Fiberglass materials are eco-friendly, which means there is no pollution after using this materials and it can be recycled.
Closeure of this jacket is fire retardant hook and loop. So it is easy to remove it to check the inside actuators and valves. The working temperature of silicone coated fiberglass cloth is -50 to 260℃. Inside material - fiberglass needle mat is able to withstand 800℃ heat continuously.

About Its Thermal Insulation:
IR Test result showed that when the temperature in the jacket goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface temperature of the jacket is 32℃.
