Red Silicone Coated 800℃ High Silica Fabric Break Twill Weave 750GSM

Silicone coated fiberglass cloth, high silica fabric is made of basic 600g/m2 or 1200g/m2 high silica cloth which is coated with silicone on one side or two sides. This basic high silica cloth is woven in satin and is weighed at 600g/m2 or 1200g/m2.

For this 0.7mm silicone coated fabric is 600g/m2 basic high silica fabric woven in satin/cross twill. This cloth is woven fiberglass fabric which is treated by acid treatment and calcination, SiO2 content is more than 96% accordingly. Post treatment makes its melting point higher. Coating is red silicone 75g/m2 on each side. So total weight is 750g/m2.

High silica fabric is able to be used from -50 to 800℃ continuously. Silicone coating can withstand 260℃. Silicone coated high silica fabric is chemical resistant, abrasion resistant, durable, anti corrosion and anti aging. It is widely used in industrial fields like welding blankets, thermal insulation/electrical insulation blanket.
