260℃ 230GSM Brow PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Heat Press Transfer
Fiberglass cloth can be used below 550℃ heat continuously. PTFE coating is capable of withstanding heat from -50 to 260℃. Fiberglass fabric is an eco-friendly, no pollution and recyclable.
Basic cloth of PTFE coated fabric is e-glass plain weave fiber glass fabric. Fiberglass fabric is high tensile strength and fire resistant. Coated with brown PTFE coating on two sides, its total weight is 230g/m2 and thickness is 0.12mm. PTFE coated fabric has a non stick surface so nothing will stick on the fabric. What's more, it is easy to clean by soapy water. And its product is dishwasher safe.
Because the PTFE coating is food grade, also FDA approved, it is mainly used for kitchen accessories production such as BBQ grill mat, oven liner and stovetop burner protector. Another application is for non stick purpose. For example, it also can be used for heat press transfer machine or in dyeing factory. Because it is heat resistant and non stick.
