Non Stick FDA Beige 0.12MM PTFE BBQ Grill Mat Baking Mat

BBQ grill mat is made of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth. Fiberglass fabric is high strength and heat resistant material. PTFE coating on two sides makes the surface very smooth and non-stick. Nothing will stick on it during heating at temperature from -50 to 260℃. Except for heat resistance, this PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is also chemical resistant, anti oil, easy to cut and clean and flexible. It can be folded and will not fragile.

This PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is suitable for BBQ grill mat, oven liner, heat transfer application, pressing machine. Silicone won't stick on the surface during heating. This liner is reuable.

The food grade coating is non-toxic and tasteless. What's more, it can meet FDA standard. So main application of this coated fabric is used for barbecue grilling liner or baking mat. 

Common size of BBQ grill mat in Europe and America is 33x40cm (15.75x13 inches). Thickness can be 0.08mm, 0.12mm, 0.2mm. For packaging, usually two grill mats in one small box as one set. We can print customer's logo on the small box.
