Fiberglass cloth coated with PTFE has a non stick surface and great heat insulation property. The basic cloth is able to be used below 550℃ heat. And Polytetrafluoroethylene coating can withstand heat from -50 to 260℃. Besides, fiberglass cloth is an eco-friendly, no pollution and recyclable material.
Basic cloth of this 0.12mm PTFE coated fabric is plain weave fiberglass fabric. It is a high strength, heat resistant material. Total weight is 230g/m2. Coating PTFE is easy to clean by soapy water.
Another application of this PTFE fiberglass cloth is BBQ grill mat and oven insulation material. Our food grade PTFE coating is FDA approved. For industrial usages, this coated fiber glass fabric is mainly for non stick and heat insulation, like heat press transfer machine, dyeing factory, pipe insulation material.
