PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is a common material for BBQ grill mat. It is made of durable and heat resistant basic fiberglass cloth coated with black PTFE on two side. PTFE surface is non-stick and smooth. This FDA approved is food grade after heating. It can be used from -50 to 260℃ continuously.
Total weight of the PTFE coated fabric is 230gsm. it is 0.12mm thick. This PTFE coating cloth is oil resistant, easy to clean and waterproof. And its products are dishwasher safe. Application of this fabric is BBQ grilling mat, oven liner, heat press transfer non stick application, etc.
