17x27cm Silver Fiberglass Fireproof Cash Pouch Fire Safe Document Bag Envelopes

Fireproof container for cash is made of fiber glass cloth with different coating or aluminium foil. 17x27cm silver bag is made of 0.45mm aluminium foil fiberglass cloth as outside material. Inner lining are fireproof fiberglass cloth or fire retardant fabric and common polyester fabric. Aluminium foil fiberglass cloth is heat reflective and waterproof to some extent. 

Fire Resistance
 
Material of this fire proof envelopes is 430g/m2 basic fibre glass cloth laminated with aluminium foil by a high temperature adhesive. Fiber glass cloth is able to withstand heat below 1020°F and its adhesive must be used below 572°F continuously.

Why Jotex?

Fiberglass fabric is a great high strength, fire resistant material. Common problem is that the glass fibers will fall off from edges of uncoated fiberglass cloth. Some will stick to customers' hand skin. That's why most customers complained that they felt hurt and irritating on hands when they use the white color uncoated fiberglass bags.

In order to avoid this problem, Jotex chooses aluminium foil laminated fiber glass cloth for bag production. Meanwhile the aluminium foil and inner lining avoid direct touch to glass fibers. Which makes the fire safe envelope with a comfortable and smooth hand feeling.
