Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is fire resistant fiberglass fabric with grey silicone on single side or two sides. It silicone compound makes the fabric with electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. Also, it is chemical resistant and durable. Coated fibre glass material can withstand heat below 260 degree Celsius. Fiberglass cloth is able to be resist 550℃ heat.
Total weight of the silicone coated cloth is 590g/m2. It is heavy duty fabric and 0.45mm thick. It is widely used for engineering heat insulation. Applications include fire blanket, welding blanket, energy insulation, thermal insulation jacket and equipment insulation cover.
