1600gsm Grey Thermal Welding Blanket Materials Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is one of common material for fiberglass welding blanket. It is a 1350g/m2 basic fibre glass cloth impregnated with silicone glue on two sides. Silicone coating is 125g/m2 per side and total weight is 1600g/m2. Silicone coated fiberglass cloth is flame resistant, chemical resistant, high strength and electrical insulation. This weight is very heavy duty and durable. Silione coating can resist 260℃ heat continuously and fiberglass cloth is able to withstand heat below 550℃.
Dimension stablity make thermal shrinkage of this fabric very low. It can be used for high temp insulation day after day.
