Material of BBQ grill mat is 0.1mm fiberglass cloth coated with brown or black PTFE compound on two sides. PTFE coated surface is very smooth and non stick. Tear resistant fiberglass cloth is an eco-friendly heat resistant material without pollution. The basic fibre glass cloth has stale chemical and physical properties and it is able to withstand 550℃ heat day after day. And its coating Polytetrafluoroethylene can resist temperature from -50 to 260℃. 
 
The basic fiber glass cloth is woven in plain weave. It is a high strength, high temp insulation woven material. Total weight is 230g/m2. Another usage of this ptfe coated fabric is BBQ grill mat and non stick heat oven liner. With PTFE coating, this grill cooking mat is easy to clean by soapy water. And it can be put in dishwasher. 
 
This PTFE BBQ mat can meet FDA standard. Its coating is totally non toxic and odorless under continuous heating. Any size can be produced. Standard and popular size of grill liner is 15.75" x 13" (33x40cm). Common thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. For BBQ grill mat packaging, usually two pieces mat in a small box. And logo and other content can be printed on the surface.
