Fiberglass Fire Blanket Cloth With Acrylic Welding Safety Protection Red 550℃

High temperature fiber glass fabric will be coated with different compounds in order to meet special purpose and to improve its properties. Because of their different heat resistance ability and special features, these coated fiberglass cloth will be applied in a wide range of hot work environment and industrial applications.

Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is a basic fabric coated with specially formulated red acrylic compound. Basic fire ressitant 100% fiber glass cloth (without asbestos) is woven with continuous filament e-glass fiber yarns in cross twill weave. It is weighed at 430gsm and coated on two sides (with 30gsm red color acrylic per side). Total weight is 490g/m2, about 14.5oz. Standard widths are 1000mm, 1270mm, 1550mm. Non combustible woven glass fiber fabric is ideal material for engineering heat insulation. Glass fiber cloth can withstand a heat below 550℃ continuously. Acrylic coating is able to withstand 260℃ day after day. It improves the abrasion resistance and chemical insulation of base glass cloth.
