Silver Coated Fiberglass Fabric Heat Resistant Aluminium Foil Insulation Cloth

High temp heat resistant one side silicone rubber one side aluminum foil fiber glass fabric could reflect radiant heat and also minimizes absorption of fluids and contamination. Fiberglass fabric is a eco-friendly material. Filaments diameter here is mainly 9micron, which fibers are large and won't be breathe into lungs. It is used for various heat shields and thermal insulation guards.

Heat reflective side of this silver coated fabric is available in aluminum foil or aluminum film. Aluminum foil fabric should be used for static applications. Aluminum film fiberglass cloth could be selected for applications involving movement, for example, bellows construction usages. Fiberglass  fabric protect from continuous radiant heat up to 1022°F. Also, it can reflect more than 95% of the radiant heat that contacts its foiled surface.

This 0.43mm silver coated fiber glass fabric is made of basic cloth woven in 3x1 twill weave. It is weighed at 430g/m2 and yarn count is 18/13 per cm. The alu-foil is laminated on the fiberglass cloth by high temperature adhesive. Another side is coated with grey silicone rubber. Total weight of this two side coated fabric is 430g/m2 and thickness is 0.43mm.

Fiberglass cloth is able to be used at temperature from -50 to 550℃ continuously. And the adhesive for alu-foil could be used below 300℃. For another side silicone coating could withstand heat below 260 degree Celsius.

One side aluminium foil one side silicone coating fibreglass woven fabric is very durable, fire resistant, anti chemical agents, electrical insulation and waterproof to some extent. This glass fibre insulation fabric is widely used for industrial heat insulation and heat reflective application.
