Flexible air duct is extremely strong with fiberglass cloth permanently bonded to a spring steel wire helix. ​PVC coated fibre glass flexible ducting is high strength but flexible material which is usually used for flexible ducting installation. Fiberglass cloth is flame resistant and chemical resistant materials. PVC coating on both sides improves the fireproof and waterproof features of the basic glass cloth. Also, this PVC coated fiberglass cloth is chemical resistant, abrasion resistant and tear resistant.
