PU Coated Fiberglass Welding Blanket Insulation Materials White 0.6MM 20OZ
 

PU coated fiber glass fabric is made of a basic fiberglass fabric coated with white PU compound on two sides. Its basic cloth is weight at 600gsm, while coated with 50g/m2 coating on each side, total weight is 700g/m2. Color of coating can be grey, red, black or other colors, specification also can be customized. 
 
Fiberglass fabric can withstand heat below 550℃, while PU coating is able to be used from -50 to 250℃ continuously. However, this fabric is special for its instantaneous heat resistance up to 1100℃. Except for flame resistant, this coated fiber glass fabric is also with great abrasion resistant, oil resistance and oil resistance. This high density cloth with longer using life is able to protect items from weather, cold and water. 
 
Its high temperature instantaneous heat resistance makes it a suitable fabric for industrial thermal blankets for welding. Fiber glass welding fabrics are used in industries such as ship building, power generation protection, chemical agents and oil & gas to protect people and equipments from sparks, molten metal splatter, and hot works demage.
