Yellow Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Fire Blanket 530GSM 0.43MM For Welding

0.43mm Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is one of fire welding blanket materials. It coats the basic glass fabric with yellow Acrylic on two sides. Basic 430g/m2 e-glass fiberglass fabric is woven in break twill (cross twill). With 50g/m2 yellow PU on each side, its total weight is 530g/m2, 15.6oz/yd2. Fiber glass fabric is a high tensile strength woven cloth with great fire resistance and thermal insulation properties. It also has features such as durability, anti chemical corrosion and  electrical insulation.

Fiberglass cloth can withstand a temperature from -50 to 550℃ continuously. Acrylic coating can be used below 260℃ heat. This cloth is mainly used to produce molten metal splash protection. Based on above features, its wide used fields includes fire, welding blanket, thermal insulation pads blanket, electrical insulation cover, fabric ductwork connector, etc.
