High Density Silica Fabric Brown 1200G 1.3MM Welding Heat Insulation Cloth
With high purity 80-90% amorphous silica fibers content, silica fabric is high temperature insulation cloth with continuous operating temperature of 800°C. This fireproof blanket fabric is a great choice when e-glass fabric fails to meet the requirements and a lot of applications that need a cost effective way to service temperature above 550°C.
Silica cloth is used widely in industrial fields to protect machine, equipment and workers. Main applications include welding blanket, metals processing cover in refineries, foundries, power generation, and petrochemical factories. It can be applied to many usages where heat insulation is necessary to reduce maintenance and energy costs. This insulated welding blanket material with stable demension is no thermal shrinkage. It is heavy duty, non combustible, electrical insulatin and abrasion resistant.
