Grey Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric 47OZ 1.3MM Electrical Insulating

Fiber glass fabric is woven by e-glass fibers continuous filament in different weave style. Heat insulation fiber glass can withstand heat below 550℃ comtinuously. Silicone coated fiber glass fabric is a basic fibre glass cloth impregnated with high-temp treatment - grey color silicone compound on both sides. Silicone coating can be used from -50 to 260℃ heat continuously. Fibre glass cloth is a great heat insulation material with other features such as high strength, lightweight (compared with same strength material), chemical acid alkali resistant. Silicone rubber coating makes it a cloth with better electrical insulation and chemical resistance.

Fiberglass cloth is weighed at 1350g/m2. Silicone Coating is 125 g/m2 per side. Total weight is 1600g/m2. Width can be 1000mm, 1270mm and 1550mm. Glass fiber fabric is a dimension stable textile. With high temperature resistance, its thermal shrinkage is low. Accordingly, it is used widely for industrial application. Main application includes fabric expansion joints, non-metallic compensator, insulation mattresses, etc.
