Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Fire Blanket Materials Red 0.45mm Welding Protection

Fiber glas fabric with different coating can meet special application purpose and improve some idiosyncrasy. Because of their heat insulation and special features, they will be used in a wide range of work environment and industrial fields. One main material of industrial welding blanket is Acrylic coated fibreglass fabric, which is a fibre glass base fabric coated with specially formulated red color Acrylic on two sides. This red coating provides good abrasion puncture and easier fabrication for the basic 430gsm glass cloth.

100% fibreglass cloth asbestos free of this coated fabric is woven in cross twill weave and it is 430gsm. Basic cloth is coated with 30gsm red acrylic on both sides. So its total weight is 490g/m2. Most common width is 1000mm. Fire resistant glass cloth is an material for thermal insulation, abrasion resistant, anti chemical agents and electrical insulation. Fiberglass fabric is able to withstand heat below 550℃ continuously. Acrylic coating can withstand a temperature at 260℃ continuously.  

This welding fabrics are used as a lot of industries application like power generation cover, chemical factory insulation cloth and oil & gas equipments protection.
