Aluminium Foil Fiberglass Needle Mat E Glass 25MM White 800℃ Heat Insulation
Fiberglass needle mat is a high temperature insulation blanket made of 9µm diameters fiber glass filament. These fiber filaments are cut into 3cm to 10cm length and they will be put on the ground ramblingly, then punched by thousands of needles to form a fiberglass blanket. There is no bonding agents during the production. Based on its production, this fiberglass needle mat has features like high porosity, high air permeability, sound absorption and heat insulation. What's more, fiberglass mat is eco-friendly and recyclable. The blanket can be cut into fibers again and be needled into mat.
Density of this fiberglass needle mat can be 100 to 140kg/m3. The according thickness are 3mm to 25mm. Max width is 240cm so 100cm, 120cm, 240cm are common widths available. If it is agent, delivery time will be faster if you accept these common widths. Fiber glass e-glass needle mat can withstand a temperature below 800℃ continuously.
