Because of the food grade, non stick features and heat resistance, PTFE impregnated fiber glass cloth is an ideal material for microwave/oven line and BBQ grill baking mat. PTFE coated fibreglass fabric with FDA approved food grade coating, is totally non toxic under heating. Standard size is 15.75"x13", it is also the most popular size. Thicknesses are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. And mat size and packaging can be customized (printing your logo on packing box is available).
 
Its material - fiber glass fabric is high strength and durable fabric woven in plain weave. It is a heat resistant and flame resistant special textile which is used widely in many industrial fields. To meet various final application requirements, fiber glass cloth will be coated with silicone rubber, PVC and PTFE compounds. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated glass fabric is special for its high temp insulation and non stick property. 
 
Fibre fabric cloth is able to withstand heat below 550℃ continuously.PTFE coating can resist heat under 260℃. Besides, high temperature insulation fiber glass is an eco-friendly and recyclable material. 0.12mm PTFE coated glass fabric is a plain weave fabric which total weight is 230g/m2. With non stick, PTFE coating, this fabric is oil resistant and easy to be cleaned. BBQ grill mat made of this fabric can be washed by dishwasher.
