1050g/m2 (30.9oz/sq yd) grey silicon coated fiber glass fabric is basic fabric - 850gsm e-glass fiber glass fabric woven in satin weave coated with grey silicone coating on two sides. This 0.85mm silicone fiberglass cloth is a heavy duty great fire resistant material. With 100gsm coating per side, the total area weight is 1050gsm. Standard width is 100CM.
Silicone coating is a high temp compound with electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. It makes the fiberglass fabric with improved properties to meet different application. This textile is used in wide fields. Basic fiber glass fabric is able to withstand heat below 550℃ continuously and silicone coating can resist heat from -50 to 260 degree centigrade. Its final applications includes fire blanket, welding cover, engine/automative heat insulation, flexible jointsand fabric ductwork connector.
