Silicone impregnated fiberglass fabric serious is one of the main products of Unionfull Insulation. Silicone glass fibre fabrics offer superior resistance to chemical agents, abrasion, moisture and heat. Silicone is a rubbery, abrasion resistant coating (available in gray, red, black and other colors). This fabric provides better UV, water and abrasion resistance than PTFE fabrics.
This 0.85mm grey silicon coated fiberglass fabric is 850g/m2 e-glass fiber glass fabric coated with grey silicone on two sides. This one is heavy duty and anti abrasion, corrosion. With 100gsm coating per side, coated fabric is weighed at 1050g/m2. Standard width is 39 inches.
Fiberglass fabric can withstand heat below 550℃ continuously and silicone coating can be used from -50 to 260 degree centigrade. Its applications includes fire blanket, fireproof welding blanket, automative heat insulation, insulation mattresses and pipe insulation.
