White PU Coated Fiberglass Fabric Welding Blanket Heavy Duty 700GSM 0.6MM 1000℃
PU coated fiberglass fabric and acylic coated glass fabric are main materials for welding blanket. Its colors can be white, grey, red, black, etc. Standard width is 100cm. 700gsm White PU coated fabric is satin weave basic fiberglass cloth coated with 100g/m2 Polyurethane on two sides. Area weight of fiber glass cloth is 600g/m2.
Fiberglass is able to resist 550℃ heat, and PU coating can withstand 260℃ continuously. However, this coating is able to withstand a instantaneous temperature about 1000° centigrade. What's more, PU coated fiber glass fabric is oil resistant, chemical resistant and abrasion resistant. This high temperature material is able to protect items from weather, cold and water damage. Its instantaneous heat resistance makes it a suitable fabric for industrial thermal insulation, especially for welding protection.
