White Silicone Fiberglass Fire Blanket 0.43MM 480GSM 550℃ Emergency Kitchen Use
Material of this fire blanket is glass fibre fabric with white silicone on two sides. The basic fabric is woven by fiberglass continuous filament in 4H satin weave. With 50gsm silicone on both sides, total area weight of coated fabric is 480g/m2. Fiberglass is a high strength but light weight material. Compared with other materials with same strength, this fabric is very flexible and easily fabricated, which makes it a suitable material for fire blanket and fire curtains. What's more, fiberglass fabric is eco-friendly material (free of asbestos related hazards).
Except for fire resistance, silicone coated fiberglass fabric is also chemical agents resistant, anti corrosion, abrasion resistant and electical insulated. The fiberglass basic fabric is able to withstand continuous heat from -50 to 550 degree Celsius. And silicone coating can be used below 260℃.
Coated fiberglass fabric is common materials for Unionfull fire blanket production. This household emergency kitchen fire blanket can be used to cover human body or the fire source directly.
