PTFE Coated Fiberglass Conveyor Belt Fabric 4x4MM Doule Weft Brown Open Mesh

PTFE coated fiberglass conveyor belt is made of glass fiber open mesh cloth impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion. Mesh size includes 1mm*1mm, 2mm*2.5mm, 4mm*4mm and 10mm*10mm. PTFE coating can be brown, beige or black colors. According to the different warp and weft, there are single weft open mesh conveyor belt and double weft open mesh conveyor belt.

With high temperature resistance (short term up to 300°C, up to 260°C continuously), chemical resistance and high tensile strength, Unionfull industrial conveyor belts are used in various fields from industrial electroplating to the food fields. Thanks to the low adhesion of PTFE coating, adhesions can be reduced to the minimum. Detach of materials and cleaning are simplified. Detergents can be reduced ot sometimes are not necessary.
