Brown PTFE  Coated Fiberglass Mesh Fabric 600GSM 1MM Conveyor Belt Cloth

This PTFE conveyor belt is made of base glass fiber open mesh fabric which is impregnated with brown color polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Mesh size includes 1mm*1mm, 2mm*2.5mm, 4mm*4mm and 10mm*10mm. 4x4mm is very common used size. According to the different weave, there are single weft fiberglass mesh conveyor belt and double weft fiberglass mesh conveyor belt.

Its working temperature, short term up to 300°C, 260°C continuously.  Fiberglass mesh belt can be at stable dimensional uner continuous heating. Also, it is chemical resistant, durable, abasion resistant. Industrial fiberglass conveyor belts are used in various fields like industrial electroplating and food industry. Due to the low adhesion and non stick feature of PTFE coating, adhesions can be reduced to the minimum. Its cleaning is simplified.
