E Glass Fiberglass Cloth For Surfboard Laminating 4OZ 27" Light Weight Flexible

With high density and high tensile strength, 4oz and 6oz e-glass fabrics are two standard weights for surfboard building. Fiberglass cloth is consistently the best in clarity and finish.
 

Fiber glass fabric will be used for fiberglassing / laminating of surfboard. 4oz, 6oz fabric are able to keep the board weight down and remain the great tensile strength. During glassing, some layers of 4oz or 6oz fiber glass fabrics are applied to the surfboard. Typically it will be 3 layers of 4oz / 6oz cloth totally. There are two on the top and one on the bottom of board. Flexible and light weight fibreglass cloth will give the surfboard more strength and waterproofing. 

Density of 4oz is different between two countries, while the high strength and quality will meet production requirements. Unionfull customers from Australia, Brazil, Mexico and Spain all confirm the quality. Standard size of 4oz cloth is 27.5 inches (70CM) wide and 100 meters long.
